A polarising filter reliably protects against the glare from direct reflection and also assures a reliable level of detection when combining with the high functional reserve of its sensor.
This cover is used to protect enclosed electronic components from external factors such as humidity, dust and vibration. Parts (3D) are mounted on a sheet for ease of handling during installation.
The optical film is a polarisation filter and can for example be used to filter out certain wavelengths of incident/outgoing light. Because they are supplied in a blister pack, parts are very well protected and safe transport can be assured.

On request, for every delivery batch, we can provide a verification document showing details of temperature, tempering time and air exchange rate. On request, we can also provide verification in the form of a Headspace GC/MS analysis.
With waterjet cutting and laser cutting, our tool-free manufacturing processes, we can offer to manufacture parts from one piece, e.g. during the development and project phase or for prototyping.
Until a customer ramps up sensor volumes in large quantities in the context of an established project, we can offer our customers the option of producing parts, even in high volumes, without the need to invest in a punching tool.
For example, laser-cut parts can have different levels, similar to those on a punched kiss-cut part. In this way, frozen development statuses can be produced economically over the entire product life cycle.
