Slot liners are used primarily in electric motors and alternators. They are installed in grooves or slots as insulation to prevent electrical flashovers. Slot liners are made using materials from all classes of insulation material and they clad the grooves or slots in sheet metal packs.
Flange seals are a kind of static seal used as a sealing element between flanges or between a flange and an installation surface. Its task is to seal that connection point.

The items we manufacture have a excellent sealing properties even when available surface pressure is low. We achieve this by balancing out several criteria such as the choice of material and by optimising the geometry of the component.
To identify the optimum sealing material or the optimum design of components for you, we conduct a systematic calculation of surface pressure in accordance with VDI 2230.
For requirements with higher pressure levels and temperatures, we can also provide you with metal-reinforced materials.
